As part of the Pro-Am experience we are pleased to present an online gifting experience to all of our participants featuring Golf Canada partner products such as Levelwear, Acushnet, Pioneer, Recipe Unlimited and more!  

After you complete registration, you should receive a confirmation email of your successfully completed registration. In that confirmation email, you will be given a gifting link that will take you to the online gifting experience! Click on this link to begin your shopping experience!  

Each participant will be given 100 points to spend on the available products! Each product is appropriately weighted and the participant has flexibility to purchase up to 100 points worth of gifting! 

IMPORTANT: FOR THOSE PARTICIPANTS THAT LIVE OUTSIDE OF CANADA – PLEASE NOTE THERE MAY BE A DELAY IN SHIPPING AS SOME OF OUR PARTNERS CANNOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF CANADA. IN THIS CASE, PRODUCTS WILL BE SHIPPED TO GOLF CANADA’S HEAD OFFICE AND THEN BE SENT OUT TO THE INTERNATIONAL DESTINATION FOLLOWING OUR TEAM RECEIVING THE PRODUCT AT OUR OFFICE.

Please see the below details on format for your Pro-Am day:

• 9 & 9 Format: Each team of amateurs will play 9 holes with a pro and then the other 9 holes with another pro
• 3 Amateurs + Pro playing a NET Best Ball format
• NET Par is your partner

Caddies may use pull carts if they are not able to carry a bag. These will be provided by the Ottawa Hunt & Golf Club. Caddies may also wear golf shoes during the competition.

Those that bring their own caddie, this caddie will be considered their guest for the day and should have the appropriate digital guest pass ahead of time to show Security when checking in on Wednesday.

Entering on site at Ottawa Hunt & Golf Club you will receive a digital ticket through Ticketmaster from your Team Captain that is sent to your corresponding email address. You will receive the following:

• 1 x Wednesday Pro-Am Participant Digital Ticket
• 1 x Wednesday Pro-Am Guest Digital Ticket 

You will present these credentials as you get on site at Ottawa Hunt & Golf Club where your vehicle will be valeted to the Lot 4 parking lot across the street. You will then be given physical credentials on-site once you register at the Registration Tent outside of the Ottawa Hunt & Golf Club Pro-Shop.

Please arrive at the Ottawa Hunt & Golf Club with your vehicle. Your vehicle will be valeted and staged in Lot 4 until you are ready to pick it up after your round.

Process Upon Arrival

1. Guest follows valet parking signs to the valet parking tent, Ottawa Hunt and Golf Club, South Lot.
2. Guest arrives at valet tent and is approached by valet attendant.
3. Guest hands vehicle keys to valet attendant in exchange for valet claim ticket.
4. Guest receives claim ticket along with instructions on how to retrieve vehicle.
5. Guest walks into ambassador tent.

Process Upon Departure

1. For the guest to request their vehicle there are two options:
   1. Simply text the claim ticket number to the phone # on the claim ticket, or 
   2. Approach the valet desk in the ambassador tent and the vehicle will be requested on your behalf.
2. Guest walks out to valet pickup location (Ottawa Hunt and Golf Club, South Lot).
3. Guest exchanges claim check for car keys.
4. Guest follows signs to exit.
