Ticketing FAQs

  • How do I download the Golf Canada Mobile App to view and manage my tickets?

    By downloading the Golf Canada App in the App Store or Google Play store, you can sign in and view all your tickets in one location. Under “More”, select “Ticket Management” and sign in to your account to immediately view and access all your tickets at the tap of a button.

  • Can I buy tickets at the gate in person instead of online?

    Yes – As of Monday, August 21st, tickets will be available for purchase onsite at the main admissions gate.

  • I can’t find my tickets on Ticketmaster. What should I do?

    Login with the email and password you used to purchase your tickets. If you have forgotten your password, simply proceed with the steps to reset your login information. After logging in with the same email, go to “My Account” and view “My Tickets”. All purchases will be held under that tab for mobile download.

  • How do I manage tickets purchased directly from Golf Canada?

    *Only if purchased direct from Golf Canada – Use the following steps:

    1. Follow this link to access your mobile tickets: https://am.ticketmaster.com/canadianwomensopen/en
    2. Input your email that was registered for the tickets: (email)
    3. Enable forget password or create a new password if prompted
    4. Once you have reset your password and logged in to Ticketmaster, you can retrieve your tickets to the CPKC Women’s Open.
  • How do I transfer tickets obtained directly from Golf Canada?
    1. Follow this link to access your mobile tickets: https://am.ticketmaster.com/canadianwomensopen/en
    2. Input your email that was registered for the tickets: (email)
    3. Enable forget password or create a new password if prompted
    4. Once you have reset your password and logged in to Ticketmaster, you will be able to transfer your tickets to the CPKC Women’s Open.
    5. Afterwards, if you are looking to transfer the tickets to someone else, you can simply select “transfer” and input the individual’s email address. Once you select confirm, the mobile tickets will be transferred over to the individual. Keep in mind that once the recipient receives the mobile tickets, they will become the owner of the ticket and any previous owner will no longer have access to it.
  • What are the ticketing rules for children under 12?

    For those age 12 and under, you will not be required to purchase a general admission ticket as it is free to enter. Hospitality areas are NOT part of free admission.

  • What are the ticketing rules for individuals aged 13-17?

    For those between the ages of 13-17, you can apply the code “Junior” in the “Unlock” tab with the lock logo illustrated on the top right-hand corner to apply the 15% discount code.

  • Why can’t I add my mobile tickets to my mobile wallet?

    When you are logged into Account Manager, the barcodes should be visible only on your mobile device. When you arrive at the page with your barcode, you will need to tilt your mobile device into the landscape position. This will then prompt an option prompting “add to wallet.” Click on it, and you should be able to view your mobile tickets in your mobile wallet.

  • I can’t see the mobile wallet icon / I am not prompted with a message adding to my digital wallet?

    Turning your mobile device sideways horizontally, you will be able to see the “add to wallet” icon. If you need to turn your portrait orientation off on your phone, you can do so in settings to ensure the screen rotates.

  • I can’t find the option to enter my offer code. What can I do?

    When purchasing tickets on Ticketmaster, an icon resembling a lock will be shown on the top right-hand side of your purchasing screen. Simply click on the icon and enter your offer code.

  • I don’t have a mobile device to access my tickets. What can I do?

    If you do not have a mobile device, you can opt ahead of time to have a physical ticket printed at the ticketing and admissions tent. Please be sure to bring both your invoice, and personal identification on arrival.

  • I can’t see my tickets in Ticketmaster. How do I access them?

    Account Manager and Ticketmaster are not the same, which is the reason why you will not be able to view your tickets in Ticketmaster since you purchased through Golf Canada. You will need to access your mobile tickets through the Golf Canada app. Here is the link: https://am.ticketmaster.com/canadianwomensopen/en

  • I was transferred mobile hospitality tickets. Where can I access them?

    If you were transferred mobile hospitality tickets, you will need to access them by accepting the invitation email received. If you are unable to access them after accepting them, please use the account manager link: https://am.ticketmaster.com/canadianwomensopen/en

  • My offer code doesn’t work. What should I do?

    Ensure you check for proper spacing and characters when entering in your offer code.

    *Offer unlock codes do not apply for weekly ticket passes as the actual package is already heavily discounted.

  • How can I purchase tickets as a gift?

    You can purchase tickets through Ticketmaster for subsequent transfer to whichever individual you choose to gift tickets to. Using the “transfer tickets” function will send required steps and setup for the giftee to accept their tickets and download onto their mobile device.

  • I purchased a weekly pass or four-day Heritage pass. How do I retrieve my tickets?

    Follow this link to access your mobile tickets: https://am.ticketmaster.com/canadianwomensopen/en Input your email that was registered for the tickets: (email) Enable forgot password or create a new password if prompted. Once you have reset your password and are logged into Ticketmaster, you will be able to retrieve your CPKC Women’s Open tickets.
