Anchor, SportsCentre
Lindsay Hamilton joined TSN in September 2016 and is currently an anchor for SportsCentre, bringing viewers the most up-to-date news from the world of sports.
Hamilton started working in broadcasting at a young age, becoming the first host of the Family Channel in 2008. For more than five years she interviewed entertainment icons, athletes, and musicians across North America, including Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, and One Direction.
In 2012, Hamilton hosted events during the 100th Grey Cup Anniversary Week, and by 2014 she joined Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment as a host for Toronto Marlies, IIHF World Juniors, and Toronto Maple Leafs games and team events.
She’s also hosted a variety of major events during her time on TSN including: The Masters, CPKC Women’s Open, FIFA Women’s World Cup, The Grey Cup, Queen’s Plate and Curling Day in Canada.
Hamilton competed in a variety of sports while growing up in Mississauga, Ontario, including playing varsity lacrosse at McMaster University and competing on Team Ontario. Today, Hamilton keeps busy with golf, squash, tennis, water-skiing, and running.

Arlene Dickinson is a serial entrepreneur and General Partner of District Ventures Capital, a venture capital fund focused on helping market, fund and grow entrepreneurs and their companies, in the food and health space.
She is a three-time best-selling author, podcaster and accomplished public speaker. Dickinson is widely recognized for her role as a Dragon/Venture Capitalist for over 12 seasons on the multi-award-winning CBC television series, Dragons Den.
Ms. Dickinson’s leadership has been recognized many times, including Canada’s Most Powerful Women Top 100 Hall of Fame, the Pinnacle Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence, as well as PROFIT and Chatelaine’s Top 100 Women Business Owners. She is a Marketing Hall of Legends inductee and a proud recipient of the Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Award. Dickinson has served for many years as an Honourary Captain in the Royal Canadian Navy.
She sits on several public and private boards and is actively involved in supporting community and country.

Cassie Campbell-Pascall2-Time Olympic Gold Medalist, Hockey
Cassie Campbell is one of the greatest hockey players in Canadian history. During her 13-year Hall of Fame career, she rewrote history and created a pathway for women in sport.
A career started with two unsuccessful attempts at being selected to join Team Canada in 1990 and 1992, Campbell fought through adversity to earn her way on the team in 1994. She went on to become one of Canada’s most decorated hockey players of all-time, winning an Olympic Silver Medal at the first ever Olympic event for women’s ice hockey, to becoming the only Canadian National Hockey Team Captain to take back-to-back Olympic Gold Medals in 2002 and 2006, and capturing 7 World Championships.
Following retirement, Cassie joined Hockey Night in Canada’s broadcast team and was quickly called up to become the first woman to do colour commentary on Hockey Night in Canada. Covering commentary for three Olympic Games, Campbell is currently an analyst for Sportsnet.
Her breakaway into sport media & creating opportunities to advance the women’s game is the next phase for the trailblazer to stamp her legacy in hockey.
Cassie is the proud mother to 11 year old Brooke and wife to Brad Pascall – Assistant General Manager of the Calgary Flames.

Steph LabbeOlympic Gold Medalist, Soccer
Nicknamed the “Minister of Defence” for her highlight reel performances at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, Stephanie Labbé helped lead Canada to back to back Olympic medals including saving the final two penalty shots to secure Canada’s historic Gold in Tokyo 2020 Olympic Final.
After representing Canada in three World Cups, three Olympic Games, two Pan American games, as well as 13 years as a professional in three different countries, Steph retired from the game in 2022.
Steph was not only a leader and influential part of the Canadian Women’s Soccer Team for years on the field, she has been an important voice for the LGBTQ2+ community as well as a strong advocate for mental health awareness, where she’s used her platform to reach thousands. Steph has continued this work into her next chapter, including being a prominent voice in the efforts of bringing professional soccer to Canada, something she is committing to until it’s here to stay.

Pam ArpinVice-President and Chief Information Officer, CP
In this role, Pam is responsible for redefining CP’s digital strategy and information services (IS) roadmap, enabling CP’s strategic business goals with the right investments in technology. Pam leads a diverse team focused on discovering and implementing new technologies that return competitive advantage. By fostering a culture of innovation, her role positions CP for sustainable growth through strategically connecting people, processes, systems, data and assets.
In October 2020, Pam became the company’s first Vice-President Innovation & Business Transformation. As Vice-President and CIO, she retains the same portfolio, including oversight of CP’s Network Service Centre.
Pam has navigated an extensive and varied career at CP, and has 20-plus years of experience working in commercial, operations, finance and customer service roles. Her leadership and industry influence have received North American recognition: Notably, she was named the 2019 Railway Woman of the Year by the League of Railway Women and was named one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 by the Women’s Executive Network that same year.
Pam holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan.

Caroline LavalleeSenior Director, Communications & Marketing, MNP
“We are who we are and where we are because someone ―and perhaps even an organization― has helped us get there. As a person with lived experience, I am grateful for all the work Heart & Stroke does and the research it makes possible, because it is thanks to research that my heart was repaired and that I can do anything I want. Contributing to Heart & Stroke’s mission is a privilege and my way to say thank you.”
Caroline is a communications strategist and the president of Catalyst Communications, a consulting firm she founded two years ago, after having spent over 20 years as a consultant and leader in public relations firms and in large organizations in a variety of industries, including insurance and financial services, aerospace and health, among others.
Caroline is a volunteer spokesperson for Heart & Stroke and is co-chair of the National Committee for Women’s Heart and Brain Health. In October 2018, she was presented with the Heart & Stroke Distinguished Service Award for her dedication and for providing a significant contribution to the Foundation. She is the 2019 recipient of the Government of Canada’s volunteer awards in the community leader ― Quebec category, recognizing her leadership in developing solutions to social challenges in the community.
Caroline graduated with a degree in human resources management from HEC and a degree in public relations from the University of Montreal. She also had an academic training in pedagogical design and adult education at UQÀM and is a certified trainer by the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail.

Lisa FerkulChief Marketing Officer, Golf Canada
Lisa Ferkul is an established sports marketing professional with over 15 years of experience. She joined Golf Canada in March 2022 as Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for all marketing, communications, and digital efforts across the organization.
Prior to joining Golf Canada, Lisa spent more than decade growing Scotiabank’s hockey sponsorship program in her role as Director and Head, Canadian Sponsorship Marketing. Lisa was a key member of deal team that negotiated the transformational $800MM MLSE partnership expansion, which included the naming rights to Scotiabank Arena, and the official bank status of the Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Raptors. Known for being a passionate ally in sport, Lisa also led the evolution of Scotiabank’s hockey portfolio, launching the hockey for all strategy and advertising campaign, focused on improving Diversity & Inclusion in sport.
This year, Lisa was named by The Toronto Star as a Women of Influence making an impact in Sport and in 2018 as one of the publications’ Most Influential Women in Hockey. In 2017, Lisa was also recognized as one of George Brown’s 5 To Watch.
Lisa is an active member of the sports marketing industry, holding the position of Vice-Chair on the Sponsorship Marketing Council of Canada, a mentor with the Toronto chapter of Women in Sports & Events (WISE), as well as a member of the BlackNorth Initiative’s Sports & Entertainment committee.

Karen MyersExecutive Director, Corporate Communications, The R&A
Karen joined The R&A in 2018 after a career in communications in the motor industry and publishing. As the global governing body of golf (outside the US and Mexico), The R&A also stages amateur and professional champions including The Open and the AIG Women’s Open and invests in developing the sport. Karen is responsible for The R&A’s communications strategy and storytelling, including stakeholder engagement, brand, campaigns, media relations and The R&A’s digital channels and production.
Her focus is on developing The R&A’s profile and purpose – to make golf more accessible, appealing and inclusive and to ensure it is thriving 50 years from now – not only within the world of golf but also among a wider audience.
Karen spent 21 years with The Automobile Association, starting as a PR assistant and traffic broadcaster. She led the communication of the AA’s demutualisation and sale to Centrica and became the AA’s Director of Communications under Centrica’s ownership. Her responsibilities also included the then traffic broadcasting division AA Roadwatch and AA Signs.
During 11 years as Communications Director of media owner Time Inc. UK (now part of Future) Karen was responsible for corporate communications and for consumer PR for brands ranging from Country Life and Horse & Hound, to TVTimes and Homes & Gardens. Immediately before joining The R&A, Karen held an interim communications role with the British Equestrian Federation.

Marsha-Gaye KnightFounder, Black in Sport Business (BSB)
Born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica she earned a full athletic scholarship to the University of Mary in North Dakota where she was a sprint-hurdler for the Lady Marauders. Graduating with a BSc. in Social and Behavioral Sciences with a Pre-Law concentration, she originally aspired to be a Sport Attorney. Returning to Toronto her passion for sports and events led her to complete the Sport and Event Marketing post graduate from George Brown College. Continuing to fuel her passion for sport she completed her MSc. in Olympic Studies, Olympic Education, Organization and Management of Olympic Events at International Olympic Academy in Olympia, Greece. Marsha-Gaye has worked as a sport marketing professional for over 10 years with notable companies like Mosaic Sales Solutions, Rogers and the National Hockey League (NHL). Currently, she is a Partnership Marketing Manager with CBC Sports and Olympics where she works with production and partners to weave brands authentically into the Olympic story. Marsha-Gaye is a stronger believer in community, and has recently founded Black in Sport Business (BSB) that aims to connect and encourage the presence of black professionals in the sport business industry across Canada. She is also a part-time professor at George Brown College and Toronto Metropolitan University, where she leverages her experiences to educate future sport professionals. As a strong advocate for diversity in the industry Marsha-Gaye is also a Board member of the SMCC and also sits on their Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, as well as an Olympic Supporter and mentor with the COC Emerging Leadership Mentorship program.

Clemmie PerryExecutive Director, Women of Color Golf (WOCG)
In 2014, Ms. Perry, started a non-profit, Women of Color Golf (WOCG), and Girls On the Green Tee (GOTG-T), which are programs designed to increase diversity, equity and inclusion in the sport of golf for girls, women and communities of color. These programs were recognized by the United States President, as a White House Champion of Change for extra curricula programs for youth, The Tampa Bay Lighting Community Hero Award, PGATOUR Charity of the Year, & The Driving Force in Diversity for Aramco women’s empowerment initiative in global sports. To date, WOCG & GOTGT have trained over 1200 women and girls. Ms. Perry and her team have designed a unique, creative, fast-paced, blended learning curriculum to teach basic golf skills in a fun, exciting way to executive women in corporations within weeks.
The mission of Women of Color Golf (WOCG) & Girls on the Green Tee (GOTGT) is to increase diversity, equity, and inclusion in the sport of golf for women and girls through education, instruction, mentoring, networking, health and wellness through the game of golf.
WOCG & GOTGT seeks to create a spark of interest and inspiration in the game of golf. This inspiration is then turned into action with organized golf clinics, recreational golf events, business networking & mentoring opportunities. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida and a master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Ms. Perry is a former National Football League (NFL) Professional Cheerleader for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (1 Year) and the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders (6 Years). She is active in her college alumni association and many other local and civic organizations in her hometown of Tampa, Florida.
She volunteers and supports girls golf programs at elementary schools named after her mother and grandmother (Doris Ross Reddick Elementary) and (Clemmie Ross James Elementary). These schools are in underserved and underrepresented communities and provides the girls an opportunity to expand their view of the world, through the game of golf.

Tina SkeirMember, Black Lives Matter Golf
Tina Skeir is a wife and mother to two grown children. She resides in Halifax, Nova Scotia where she works for the Provincial Government. Though Tina is active most of the fall and winter months what she looks forward to the most is golf season. Tina is a member of the Black Lives Matter Golf (BLMG) Committee where the committee just wrapped up the second of two beginner’s golf clinics for BIPOC Women. Though not a “professional” golfer Tina has been golfing for about 15yrs and has brought a grassroots perspective to more than 50 BIPOC Women, the majority of which have never picked up a golf club. She feels honoured to be apart of their journey and is looking forward to watching the program get bigger each year.
